By accessing or using the services provided by RedClay Cyber Advisors, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access our services.

2. Scope of Services

RedClay Cyber Advisors provides cybersecurity consulting, AWS IAM auditing, and penetration testing services. All services are subject to a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW). These terms govern general website usage and preliminary inquiries.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to secure your infrastructure, cybersecurity is an evolving field. RedClay Cyber Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any breaches that occur despite our recommendations.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
